FINAL MVP phase. Summary Sheet (voorblad, all reglement fields, manager-only), monthly results (public-safe), Yearly Standing (best-11-of-12 via scoring/yearly). E2E test ingests the real PD1SCO March sample and asserts score 460 in the generated Summary Sheet and PD1SCO in public results with NO private fields leaking (R25). Fixed stale docker-compose build context. README extended EN+NL with a Dutch quick-start for the contest manager. 136 tests pass. Dutch Locator Reference remains PROVISIONAL (needs_review=true) pending the authoritative NL+BES list — the manager can curate it via the in-app reference editor. Reviewed APPROVED. Please review directly before merge.

feat: Phase 6 documents (Summary Sheet, monthly results, Yearly Standing) 2916cf5e0d

Add pure builders in app/documents for the per-Entry Summary Sheet (T6.1,
private voorblad fields), public-safe per-Section monthly results (T6.2, HTML
+ CSV, R25) and per-Section Yearly Standing (T6.3, reuses scoring.yearly).
Wire read-only manager-only routes under /manager, add nav links, and add new
EN+NL i18n keys (jargon native). Covered by four new test modules.
